Digital organisation strategist for the past 15 years. He was involved in projects on the digital workplace, digital transformation, social business strategy, brand reputation, web monitoring, customer engagement, social CRM, intranet 2.0, social learning, brand communities, Social Network Analysis, social media strategies, open innovation, crowdsourcing, and collaborative solutions to empower the organizations.
In EY he leads the Digital and Future of Work solution and he is responsible for Milan wavespace: an innovative and collaborative center for transformative experience design.
Professor and lecturer for several business schools and Universities (MIP – Politecnico di Milano, Università Cattolica di Milano, Sole24Ore Business School) about the use of social media inside and outside organizations, brand positioning, and digital technologies applied to business fields.
Stefano has a master’s degree in long-life education, and a bachelor’s in learning processes achieved with a thesis on how to use social networks within companies to generate significant learning (awarded by Working Capital Telecom Italia as one of the most innovative Italian projects in 2010). He has been also a visiting student at UCLA in 2011. He has also published several online and offline articles (such for example on Harvard Business Review) a book about video games and gamification and one on Collaborative Organization with EGEA in 2018. In 2016 has started a bachelor’s in psychology and neuroscience for a second degree completed in 2018. In 2020 he begins a Ph.D. path on Positive Innovation Networks to study the impact of networked flow on innovation.
